Cancellations & Weather Policy

Weather & Cancellation Policies

Lessons will be held regardless of the weather down to 0F.
If conditions are deemed by the instructor to be unsafe or not conducive to a positive learning environment the instructor may cancel the lesson/class. All cancellations will be communicated a minimum of 2hours prior to lesson start time. Make-up lessons may be scheduled per the group or private lesson policy below.
In general, cancellations due to weather/conditions will ONLY be made IF:
- The temperature is below 0F
- The trails are icy or otherwise unsafe for skiing
- Conditions are hazardous in some way

Payment is due at the time of reservation
All classes are non-refundable.
Changes to reservations may be made up to 48 hours in advance. In this case you will receive a credit to use towards another class or private lesson.
Cancellation requests due to a medical issue or other extenuating circumstance will be handled on a case by case basis. Please reach out via email.
Group classes may be cancelled or rescheduled in the event of low enrollment. In this case, alternative arrangements can be made or refunds will be issued. Class minimum is 4 participants. In this event, communication will be made approximately 1 week prior to lesson start date.
Group classes cancelled due to weather/conditions are not guaranteed a make-up session. If a make-up date is available it will be offered, but no refunds or credit will be given if a student cannot attend the make-up session.
We do not guarantee weather or trail conditions.
No-shows forfeit lessons fees.

Payment is due at the time of service, UNLESS you cancel a lesson inside of 48 hours (see below).
If you cancel a lesson inside of 48 hours it is expected that you will pay 100% of the lesson cost.
All cancellations or rescheduling done by the participant (NOT due to weather) must happen 48 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson.

Lessons cancelled by the participant will be subject to above rules; Lessons cancelled by the instructor will not be subject to above rules. No fees or penalty will be in effect for lessons cancelled by the instructor.
